GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We make every attempt to ship all orders received by noon the same day Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of placing an order. However, due to holidays, high demand, small production items or other circumstances, some items may not be in-stock at time of order. Some items we will indicated an expected delivery time. All items ordered that are not in-stock will be placed on backorder and shipped when the product becomes available. Custom bikes and custom wheels will take 4 to 8 days for assembly. We do not ship to hotel addresses or PO Boxes. We only ship to the lower 48 contiguous states.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

Should a shipment arrive damaged or incomplete, PLEASE PROTEST TO THE SHIPPER AND IMMEDIATELY FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY. To file a claim, a representative from the shipping company must inspect the package in it"s original condition. Please note that shipping damage is paid by the shipping company NOT BY SOUHEGAN CYCLEWORKS, LLC.

For specific transit time information from one ZIP/Postal code to another, please go to Get Rates & Transit Times under the Ship tab on fedex.com. FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.
